Service Policies
Please read the following policies before booking with us. We have to follow these guidelines to adhere to NC state law, to keep our facilities clean and to keep your kitties healthy. If you have any questions, please call us at 828-551-3701
Timely Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Drop Off: Please understand that we get very busy and often cannot accept late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late for drop off, we have a right to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We would appreciate 24-48 hour notice on any appointment changes.
Pick Up: We are not a boarding facility, so cannot hold your kitty for extended lengths of time once their appointment is complete. Please arrive within 1 hour of receiving a call or text that your fur baby is ready or a fee of $1/minute will be added to your bill.
We cannot service cats with fleas, ticks, worms, etc. Please be absolutely sure that your kitty has absolutely ZERO parasites before making an appointment. We can advise you on how to rid your pets of those nasty critters at home. If parasites are found during the grooming process, there will be fees applied for Capstar and for deep cleaning of the facilities.
No Parasites
NC State Law requires that all pet owners confirm and have proof of up to date rabies vaccination. You can upload a photograph of your cat's rabies vaccination card on the app that we use for registering pets and making appointments. Let us know if you need help with this.
